Avoid Clinic Source like the plague Avoid Clinic Source like the plague. The accounting department charged me fees 6 months after the fact and never gave any warning or explanation before hand and didn't really care how it affected their customers. Then they sent me an invoice for dates AFTER my contracted ended and threatened to send me to collections for not paying it. Unbelievable!!!

Working with ClinicSource has been the… Working with ClinicSource has been the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. If I could rate this company "0 stars" I would as I do not think this company deserves even 1 star. This company often sends conflicting invoices with discrepant charges, had disabled my account, yet continued to bill, refuses to send me a contract release acknowledgement, although my contract ends this month, and has horrible customer service. I am not sure who is writing these favorable reviews but take a look at the BBB website as the company has multiple complaints, negative reviews, and reports of continued billing after the contract agreement has ended.

Using ClinicSource for 4 years Throughout the years of using Clinic Source it has been wonderful seeing this company being made more and more user friendly. The most convenient of Clinic Source is how I am able to use the program from my phone. Even having my clients sign documents from my phone. This is one of the best features I enjoy from Clinic Source. Quick on the go is most helpful with being in home setting environment.
