Not recommend Buy from this site If u bought a complete template, then its OK. if u bought template with missing files, like I did (invoice number: BQR15KXL2UDJC) (can upload images if trustpilot provide this function) then they can't help you at all. they will say "We have requested file from autor but till now I have not received the file". its been 3 days. they won't issue refund etc.

No response regarding Download option Purchased a theme yesterday and I didn't get any download option. Since then chat rep is not giving any reply nor they are responding on email. Updated.. they did respond after a long try and gave a google drive link but no direct option from the website. The download button given doesn't work plus the executive handling the chat doesn't seem to be professional at all.

Problem after making the purchase After making the purchase, I wrote to the chat since I did not see the download link. They asked me for my email to contact me and that was it. They solved the problem for me. I recommend Codezon.
