It's been over 15 days since I… It's been over 15 days since I submitted my 1099s and it still says "processing" so I'll never know if my 1099s reached their recipients before the deadline. I truly regret using this company. Never again. I plan on writing the IRS about this company's certification.

1099 online efile status remain submitted after 20 days .. no status updates we used 1099online service, no update from them even after 20 days of filing 1099 status says submitted to IRS, no other updates, it is very strange 1099 online processing takes more than couple of days, I used intuit online, they update the status in 1 day.

Their Customer Service is as pleasant as a Monday visit to the DMV, their Bulk importation files always have an issue and the 1099’s sometimes don’t even print with all the fields previously inputted. Like Walmart, enter (or submit) at your own risk, cross your fingers and try to sacrifice a chicken to the gods because you’ll probably end up losing your money or submitting “incomplete or incorrect” forms if you don’t.
