CACustomer service is non-existence Customer service is non-existence. No one returns calls. Answers are not relevant which leads to repeating yourself. Software is terrible. The APP has not been updated and you can't use with the newest android. Stay away from this company.

We provide security services to a broad range of clients and our engineers are on the road non-stop. Bill4Time allows us to immediately and accurately track our time while in the field right on an iPhone. Since implementing this solution, our detailed record keeping has vastly improved. We no longer have a problem with "missing" time entries because time is entered at the time of service while still at the client's location. In addition, we accurately capture expenses at the time of the expense, and send out our invoices by e-mail with just a few clicks. Bill4Time has immediately paid for itself many times over! It is simple to use (be brief), intuitive (be bright), and gets the job done quickly (be gone)!

GBIncredible that an invoicing software… Incredible that an invoicing software does not allow "recurring invoices" and auto-pay. What are you thinking? That's got to be some kind of joke.

GBBilling Problems We changed plan mid-month and were billed twice for adding the same user, even though Bill4 Time does not disclose anywhere on its website that it refuses to pro-rate bills. So, beware that if you need to add a user and also need to change plans, you will be billed twice for that same user. The Company's support representative (which appears to be a single person) does not seem to grasp why this is inappropriate. We requested a refund of this double billing charge, and they refused to honor it. Also, we are being billed $30 per month for being existing customers, and their website states that the same service is offered for $25/month for new customers.
