Appalling service and totally unprofessional We used them to perform translation into Icelandic. It was a text for EMA registration. The text was totally unusable and rejected by the authorities. We then had to pay a second person to revise the text completely and told them about this and sent the revised text as evidence for them to speak to their writer.. They have totally ignored all our correspondence - no wonder they ask for payment in advance. To be avoided.
