NLnot worth it to keep using the app I've been using the piggy app for quite some time now, however it's far from convenient. There are a few stores in my neighbourhood where it works, and in most of them, after I pay, I have to ask separately for them to read my QR-code, then they manually enter the amount, which is not rounded up, so when I got points for every EUR spent, the 5.95 EUR product goes on for 5 points, while many other loyalty/savings program rounds it up and I'd be receiving 6 points. Yesterday I went to a new place, it doesn't even come up when I search for it; they put the "collect your points" sign up in the customers' faces, so I asked how I can get the points for my coffee. They said because I paid first, they cannot give me my points. That still doesn't explain why their business is not shown in a list. (They are supposed to give out paper cards to collect stamps as well but they have none.) In short, because of the available rewards (easier to buy those products than saving for them, no real good deals offered by the participating shops) vs all the hassle every time to ask for my QR-code being manually read, I am going to stop using this app.
