ABSOLUTE scam ABSOLUTE scam! I spent over AED 1,000 and still haven’t received my items! I’ve sent 5 emails which they DONT reply to and WhatsApp messages which don’t even deliver AND complaints directly on their website - no reply. Stick to Amazon and other proper companies. This one, sadly, scam. But my friends, nothing in life comes for free so CROOPZY won’t be winning in the long run

People telling here that Croopzy is a… People telling here that Croopzy is a scam they are big liars themselves. Cos I received everything what I ordered in short time but living in Brazil. Here in sao paolo I heard a lot of stories of my friend that they were scammed. But not on Croopzy. If you had specific problem it doesn’t mean they scammed you, it just happens. I received wrong item at once and it was cosmetic bag ( I ordered bath mat). Yeah I waited for couple more weeks which is not good of course. But I kept the wrong product for free! I think it’s not fair calling them scams or smht like this.

AVOID-SCAMMERS don’t even bother with… AVOID-SCAMMERS don’t even bother with this company, take your money and that’s the last you hear from them, they don’t reply to repeated emails, WhatsApp and phone calls. If you have ordered anything say goodbye to your money you’ve been scammed.

I have heard of online shopping sites… I have heard of online shopping sites selling fake products, some people telling me not to purchase as I'll result in losing my hardly earned coins, have them a deaf ear. Croopzy is genuine. Even though, the delivery till a little bit long as I come from Kenya, I understand the logistics.

Croopzy order #5079 I ordered on 12/11/22 and received a confirmation email same day advising 1-5 business days to process and that I’ll receive an email when my order has shipped. I did not receive such an email and NO it’s not in my junk folder. I emailed support after 15 business days for an update. No response to date. That’s just unacceptable and makes the customer suspicious as I can see from most reviews with similar experiences. If customer support bothers to read this review I’d appreciate a response to my order #5079.
