GBMy precious domain expired and I only… My precious domain expired and I only had 3 days left to pay in order to have it back and the invoice for renewal was cancelled. The great people at support fixed the status of the invoice and effected the payment for me all within 12 hours! Kudos to the prompt action of the people at Dragify!

GBI cannot say enough great things about… I cannot say enough great things about Dragify. We have a very visible non profit organization and it is important to have a professional look. With that said, we have always spent to have a nice professional website. This time we decided to try to cut costs and build our own website. Having no experience in this area, we managed to get a great looking website, with commendable tech support from Dragify each time we ran into technical issues, or simply was not sure how to execute something. Dragify has excellent tech support! They seem genuinely concerned with the concerns, complaints, and inquiries of their customers; and always maintaining a very professional position stance. And they are quick to respond and resolve. If you do the research, you will note that have a very competitive price point. The lowest I have yet to find. I HIGHLY recommend Dragify. JPSo far, not so great. Not bad, just not great. Well, there was a hiccup getting started as I purchased my "Dragify Website Hosting: Lifetime Subscription" through a third party. But once I got started they registered the wrong domain (my company’s domain, not my personal) to their host and I've been waiting a week for a reply to my support ticket asking them to help me fix it. Someone finally contacted me and told me that there was a delay due to the holidays. Not the greatest excuse, but it will have to do. Thank you

GBsame issue as the other guy same issue as the other guy, i bought a coupon fro gdgtdeals.com for a lifetime subscription and tried to use it but when i did try to place the coupon code in gave me so many issues when i went back in to put the code in it stated i had already put it in and can only use once. emailed 3 times no response. who is running help desk they need to be fired and hire me fr help desk. trying to set up my websites and i am out the cash. need someone toi contact me asap
