Their support is nothing more than a call back with a reference to an article you have already found your self, read and ruled out. The worst part of the "Veeam Experience" is the Yearly support costs and "fines" for not renewing or not renewing on time. These fines are 25% of the renewal cost. So lets say you decide not to renew for year, come next year you will be charged for the full year you didn't renew, a penalty for not renewing and the year on top. Comes to more than the software. We will not deal with Veeam again. A company that fines its customers for not paying for support. Then also charges them for the years they missed and can never use??? Excellent!
