GBHorrible Customer Service, had to file with my credit card company I am another customer who ordered this item and never received it. I called customer service and there were literally roosters crowing in the background the whole time. They promised to escalate my case and respond within 24 hours but they never responded or sent an email or anything. When I contacted them again, they keep telling me to be patient. They won't help me at all despite this item being lost in transit for two weeks. My post master confirmed that it is lost despite being scanned into a facility thousands of miles away from my home over a week ago where it hasn't moved since. I have contacted their customer service numerous times and they won't help me at all.
