GBI ordered their flagship W2 Edge model… I ordered their flagship W2 Edge model from this company and for some reason I thought they were American, they're Chinese and as I found out, I got Chinese customer service! Shipping was fast but the product arrived defective. One earbud worked but the left earbud was totally dead. I have tried explaining this to them many times in the chat and via email but the refuse to listen. They asked me to make a video of the defective product (which I did) then their technical support department requested another video of the defective product this time in it's charging case. I was reluctant to play these silly games, I know when a device is charging and when it isn't, I also know when a device is working and when a device is totally dead! Nonetheless, they will not help or replace the earbud until they get their precious video... what next? A video of my standing on on a table or leaning out of a window whilst holding the left earbud at 90 degrees to the position of the moon before they finally accept that their product is terrible? Take advice from the reviews here, the product quality is poor. The translations software is poor, the customer service is shocking!! AVOID!!!
