GeeksTechPro = outstanding company! GeeksTechPro is an outstanding company with VERY PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. I have been amazed by their technical skills to solve ANY issue I have experienced. Steve Rogers is one of the best technicians with whom I have worked. He is friendly! He is knowledgeable! He is PATIENT with me! I can always count on GeeksTechPro to bring my computer back to life! Sharp fine-toothed scammers - be on your A-Game or don't play I spent hours with them - it took about three hours for them to fix a printer issue, and about 20 minutes to install some expensive software they persuaded me to buy. I felt like I was being scammed the whole time. I told them so. They went into hyper-drive to convince me they are legit and bringing their "God" into the conversation trying to humiliate me for thinking such of them. When I called back to cancel the person in "billing" got outraged. It's sad that they get you on the phone and tie up it and your computer and tell you not to use any of your devices while they are working, so that was you can't search to see if they are legit or not. Sleek. They have got every niche figured out. I hope that the FTC will shut them down to spare others. If it walks like a duck....

I have done business with Geeks Tech… I have done business with Geeks Tech Pro for several years and am an active customer. They have serviced my account effectively and professionally regardless of whatever technician I have worked with. Lately, Charlie Smith has provided incredibly helpful service to me . He has been a lifesaver.

I just spent close to two hours with… I just spent close to two hours with Robert, their tech support representative. He was very efficient and extremely courteous and patient dealing with my issues on two different computer platforms. I have used Geeks Pro Tech for several years and am very satisfied with there service.

The contact email for geekstechpro.com… The contact email for geekstechpro.com does not exist. I have tried to contact them to get e refund of my service fee. They have charged me twice for their service. I called all three of their contact numbers with no HELP. I called their so called premium number 1-866-390-0722 with no answer. The other two numbers 1800-454-0083 and 1-844-390-0722 were answered by their tech support person, the same person on both numbers. I explained my situation and was told that I would receive a call from the billing dept. and have not heard from any one. When I called and asked for the billing dept. I was told they were not open yet. This is a scam company. I was connected to them through HP Help after experiencing a simple printer connection issue. They have no active contact info. and their domain name and email ( geekstechprollc.com)does not exist. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER BY SCREEN SHARING. ONCE THEY ARE IN YOU DONT KNOW WHAT DAMAGE THEY CAN DO.
