Disgusting service Disgusting service. Goods returned and tracking shows they received goods but constant promises of refund in 5 days then 15 days but refund never comes back on credit card. Buy at your peril. You will not get a refund.

Their web site assured 100% refund, but they then say there is an admin charge to be deducted first. I have been trying to return the bra since September. Today I find my emails bouncing back. Their web site no longer works. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE

This company drop ships from China, so expect a wait for your items! I needed items quickly so ordered from someplace I assumed was in the UK, only to find that outletforthem drop ships goods from China. They charge £24 for a bra that, if you go to Aliexpress or Alibaba directly, you can get three of INCLUDING shipping for £20.66 TOTAL.. and I know this because I just ordered 3 more. They also supply tracking numbers not recognized by the shipper. Extremely polite customer service, but nonetheless, had I known I would wait weeks for what I had ordered, I would have ordered the items directly from China myself and paid literally ten times less. I think it's disingenuous not to tell people where you are sending the items from and how long it will take for their orders to arrive.

Absolute rip off I ordered a bra which took ages to arrive only to find it didn’t fit I am a 12 ordered L to be on safe side and it wouldn’t go near me. Noted made in China where women are tiny with no busts ! On top of that it was ugly, strips of rubbery material just glued together. There was no paperwork accompanying it with info on how to return and get refund. I’ve sent email 5 days ago no reply yet Absolute rip off and wouldn’t buy anything else

Do not buy from this company!!!! I ordered a bra on the 9 /09/22 and was charged double price !!! I wanted to cancel my order but no answer they do not respond to customers ! Do not buy from this company I tried to stop my payment after I realised it appeared an automatic payment on my account from that company which I did not approved! pay Pal is useless In this case.I am still trying by sending emails .I lost 35 pounds and and I am not a millionaire it's a lot of money for me.Thats last change in the afternoon of 9/09/22 I got refund on eBay .Thanks to ebay.
