This company drop ships from China, so expect a wait for your items! I needed items quickly so ordered from someplace I assumed was in the UK, only to find that outletforthem drop ships goods from China. They charge £24 for a bra that, if you go to Aliexpress or Alibaba directly, you can get three of INCLUDING shipping for £20.66 TOTAL.. and I know this because I just ordered 3 more. They also supply tracking numbers not recognized by the shipper. Extremely polite customer service, but nonetheless, had I known I would wait weeks for what I had ordered, I would have ordered the items directly from China myself and paid literally ten times less. I think it's disingenuous not to tell people where you are sending the items from and how long it will take for their orders to arrive.

Shocking experience, refund needed I ordered 2 bras. They arrived separately. Both do not fit. I e.mailed asking how to return said products. They asked me for proof of purchase and photos of both products?! They said they would send a label within 5 working days. Over a week later, still not received anything. The items need to be returned within 15 days! Truly shocking customer service. I would stay away from this company.

This company has closed their e-mail as… This company has closed their e-mail as I tried to mail them today & it could not be delivered so I went on Google to check their website & that also has been closed down, so quite a few of us have been stung with this company. Google should be doing more with these small Chinese companies advertising, as when ordering I didn’t realise they were in China until after I placed the order so I’ve lost £33 😡😡

Terrible company Terrible company. Have refused a refund on a bra as they say no refund on intimate garments! Charge £9 for a return if they do agree to it. NOTHING on their website to say you can't return a bra. I have escalated to a claim with PayPal.
