They kicked me off GMB without notice… They kicked me off GMB without notice won't tell me exactly what they need to reinstate my listing, every time I submit what they asked for I get denied. No one to talk to over the phone, if you get an appointment with them they want $$. Horrible Google My Business USA

Despite our earnest attempts, including multiple video submissions and adherence to every instruction provided, progress has been negligible. Our exchanges with Google's support team have stretched over several months, yet we remain uninformed about the status of our verification. The experience has been marred by technical glitches and a lack of responsiveness from the support team, leaving us feeling stranded in a maze of unaddressed queries and unresolved issues. Our business's longstanding presence and our meticulous compliance with verification criteria seem to have little impact on expediting the process. While we've maintained patience and persistence, the communication breakdown and lack of accountability within Google's support structure are to say the least concerning. Our plea for guidance on escalating the matter remains unanswered, reflecting a huge and massive gap in customer service.
