Helpful, Professional and Super Fast I had never used a translation service before so I explored the various options on Google and began asking for price quotes. I was surprised at how much some charged to translate 15-20 words (1 page Birth Certificate). Often I had to wait for long to chat while with some a cumbersome email exchange was the only option to find the price. Then I landed on CertiTrans and it was smooth sailing all the way to the end. Guy came right on the chat and I thought it was a robot. He offered me a price that was very reasonable and stayed on almost till I submitted the transaction walking me through every step. I was having some problems with the website so Monica came on and helped me submit it successfully. This was after 5pm and the next morning I had the translated document in my email, WOW! Guy had asked me to spell all the names so there aren't any typo's but I had typed only my name so my father's name was misspelled. Monica was on top of things and right away got it corrected.
