GBstruggle to cancel subscription I tried this product on the £9 offer unfortuantely it wasnt for me. I cancelled this by facebook messenger as for some reason there was nothing showing in my login account. I was then charged £58 so i emailed the support email, unfortunately the bank would not refund this. There is no contact number for MDacne and after weeks of waiting i heard nothing back. I cancelled my card and was again charged another £58 yesterday! again i have emailed and messaged. Please be careful you will make payments but struggle to get hold of anyone for support at Mdacne

GBBad experience overall. After seeing popup ads for the 'free trial box' I decided to order one. I regret this now. Cost me £9 just to ship it to the UK and when it did arrive, I was eager to try it. The pore strips didn't work properly and they were past the exp date BY TWO MONTHS. I had only realised this after I had tried out all the products and by then the damage to my skin was too bad. I specifically noted that I have dry skin and the 'treatment' made it worse. It made my face turn red and the skin was cracking so bad. It was very painful and I got in touch with someone from the team and they said that I shouldn't have applied the creams to my nose, around my mouth and eye area. Very bad experience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

GBI’ve been using MDance for over a year… I’ve been using MDance for over a year and it has been the best decision I’ve made. I have hormonal acne that only occurs around my cycle. Since using my customized kit I rarely get those monthly reminders on my face.

GBMust be fake reviews on here... Well. It's actually clearing up my face when not much else did. Every time I used the product I said "wow! And to think I only paid $9 in shipping! This is pretty awesome!!! I might actually buy the full product at some point!" UNTIL.. I pick up my phone and get alert MDACNE tried to charge me $58! Thankfully, I didn't have that much in that account so it didnt go through. I'm communicating with my bank and pretty furious MDACNE had done this because I never signed up for anything. I saw this from a Facebook ad which took me directly to a site to answer skin questions and upload a photo of my face. I was to input my card and address information FOR THE FREE TRIAL PACKAGE'S SHIPPING ONLY. There was NOTHING INDICATING ANY KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION OR MEMBERSHIP. This is NO WAY TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCT. They may have a decent rating here on trustpilot, but go look at p*ss*edconsumer [dot] com and other review sites and see what THEY say!!!
