GBMust be fake reviews on here... Well. It's actually clearing up my face when not much else did. Every time I used the product I said "wow! And to think I only paid $9 in shipping! This is pretty awesome!!! I might actually buy the full product at some point!" UNTIL.. I pick up my phone and get alert MDACNE tried to charge me $58! Thankfully, I didn't have that much in that account so it didnt go through. I'm communicating with my bank and pretty furious MDACNE had done this because I never signed up for anything. I saw this from a Facebook ad which took me directly to a site to answer skin questions and upload a photo of my face. I was to input my card and address information FOR THE FREE TRIAL PACKAGE'S SHIPPING ONLY. There was NOTHING INDICATING ANY KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION OR MEMBERSHIP. This is NO WAY TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCT. They may have a decent rating here on trustpilot, but go look at p*ss*edconsumer [dot] com and other review sites and see what THEY say!!!

GBMDacne treatments MDacne treatments My acne is really bad and I decided to try MDacne products! I have been using it for almost three weeks now, I have been seeing great improvements in my skin. I had some red spots and dryness through out my second week but I used my moisturize and it helped it. I highly recommend these products for your acne!

GBScammers and worst customer service I… Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!!!! Do not buy this product, there I was thinking I could try this new product with their offer which seemed like a good deal, I could not of been more wrong. First of all the offer kit never arrived, then all of a sudden they take £58 out of my account, I haven’t even received the first kit and I did not agree to any subscription. When contacting their customer service I was told it’s my fault because I put in the wrong address and my parcels were returned to sender but I’m only allowed £29 back because my parcels were return to sender. First of all I have lived in this house since I was a little girl. I know my address, but according to this agent, she knows my address better than me, I put it wrong and because of that I’m only allowed a partial refund although I received no products. Which I’m sure is illegal, but anyway, I have had to go to my bank to block them taking payments and I will have to get my bank to get the rest of my money back. Customer service is awful Postal service is awful Agents know more than you about everything, even where you live They are just about money, they could not care I don’t have the product, they have not mentioned once about making sure this product gets to me, all they talk about is keeping my money. It’s not about good skin, it’s about them making money by hiding things in the small print.

GBThis product has literally caused my… This product has literally caused my skin to burn, I can’t wear make up, I can’t touch my face it’s so sore it’s awful. I messaged on Facebook for help and they replied saying I’ll have to email them. I’m still waiting for them reply to my previous email about my missing parcel, They delivered my parcel, left it on my front door step all day while I was at work and the parcel was stolen, they then told me I had to pay £14 to get a replacement. Customer service is SHOCKING and the product causes more damage than good. No wonder they delete their Facebook comments… DO NOT USE.
