From stressed to happiness At first I was skeptical to use the Md acne product but every single day using it, I see a big difference. struggle to cancel subscription I tried this product on the £9 offer unfortuantely it wasnt for me. I cancelled this by facebook messenger as for some reason there was nothing showing in my login account. I was then charged £58 so i emailed the support email, unfortunately the bank would not refund this. There is no contact number for MDacne and after weeks of waiting i heard nothing back. I cancelled my card and was again charged another £58 yesterday! again i have emailed and messaged. Please be careful you will make payments but struggle to get hold of anyone for support at Mdacne

Awesome online service for acne treatment Awesome online service for those struggling with acne. Their cream helped me a lot, my skin has never looked so good. Customer service is always quick, helpful and friendly. Sunscreen is nice too, no white cast, great smell, not acne prone. All this for reasonable price.

Scammers and worst customer service I… Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!!!! Do not buy this product, there I was thinking I could try this new product with their offer which seemed like a good deal, I could not of been more wrong. First of all the offer kit never arrived, then all of a sudden they take £58 out of my account, I haven’t even received the first kit and I did not agree to any subscription. When contacting their customer service I was told it’s my fault because I put in the wrong address and my parcels were returned to sender but I’m only allowed £29 back because my parcels were return to sender. First of all I have lived in this house since I was a little girl. I know my address, but according to this agent, she knows my address better than me, I put it wrong and because of that I’m only allowed a partial refund although I received no products. Which I’m sure is illegal, but anyway, I have had to go to my bank to block them taking payments and I will have to get my bank to get the rest of my money back. Customer service is awful Postal service is awful Agents know more than you about everything, even where you live They are just about money, they could not care I don’t have the product, they have not mentioned once about making sure this product gets to me, all they talk about is keeping my money. It’s not about good skin, it’s about them making money by hiding things in the small print.
