struggle to cancel subscription I tried this product on the £9 offer unfortuantely it wasnt for me. I cancelled this by facebook messenger as for some reason there was nothing showing in my login account. I was then charged £58 so i emailed the support email, unfortunately the bank would not refund this. There is no contact number for MDacne and after weeks of waiting i heard nothing back. I cancelled my card and was again charged another £58 yesterday! again i have emailed and messaged. Please be careful you will make payments but struggle to get hold of anyone for support at Mdacne

Bad experience overall. After seeing popup ads for the 'free trial box' I decided to order one. I regret this now. Cost me £9 just to ship it to the UK and when it did arrive, I was eager to try it. The pore strips didn't work properly and they were past the exp date BY TWO MONTHS. I had only realised this after I had tried out all the products and by then the damage to my skin was too bad. I specifically noted that I have dry skin and the 'treatment' made it worse. It made my face turn red and the skin was cracking so bad. It was very painful and I got in touch with someone from the team and they said that I shouldn't have applied the creams to my nose, around my mouth and eye area. Very bad experience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

Amazing and super effective products Amazing and super effective products. Been using the MDacne for 3 months and I must commend this brand for their excellent work. I had very active acne before I discovered this brand but now there has been 90% improvement as my acne was hormonal. The advanced dark spot cream is a magic portion, I noticed my acne scars become less visible from week one. I strongly recommend this brand to anyone struggling with acne. Scammers and worst customer service I… Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!!!! Do not buy this product, there I was thinking I could try this new product with their offer which seemed like a good deal, I could not of been more wrong. First of all the offer kit never arrived, then all of a sudden they take £58 out of my account, I haven’t even received the first kit and I did not agree to any subscription. When contacting their customer service I was told it’s my fault because I put in the wrong address and my parcels were returned to sender but I’m only allowed £29 back because my parcels were return to sender. First of all I have lived in this house since I was a little girl. I know my address, but according to this agent, she knows my address better than me, I put it wrong and because of that I’m only allowed a partial refund although I received no products. Which I’m sure is illegal, but anyway, I have had to go to my bank to block them taking payments and I will have to get my bank to get the rest of my money back. Customer service is awful Postal service is awful Agents know more than you about everything, even where you live They are just about money, they could not care I don’t have the product, they have not mentioned once about making sure this product gets to me, all they talk about is keeping my money. It’s not about good skin, it’s about them making money by hiding things in the small print.
