I have never in my life experienced… I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism like I have with Insta Logo studios. I have wasted money and time. I still have yet to receive any refund of any kind. And I will never be able to get my time back these scammers stole. I never received any of the services that i paid for. 2D Animation, Business cards, and access to my website. These people do not accept responsibility at all. They are very argumentative.

These people are complete SCAMMERS! These people are complete SCAMMERS!! I paid a total of $1,510 to these people to build a booking platform on my website for stylist and barbers to be able to book their client directly from their profile page. I was assigned to work with Riz Ferman back in November of 2020, who pretend that the work was being done. I've had several phone/email (mainly email) conversations with him after begging them for a update each time I emailed or called. Riz made it seem as if everything was going accordingly. I have several back and forth email and text messages saved from our conversations and reports since November 2020. Now April 2021 he states to me "they cannot do the work and this project is not something they could do". He stated I would be refunded my $1,510 back to my bank account in 15 business days (which normally refunds would take 7-10 business days) however, I have waited and waited, still no refund. Now, I have no choice but to pursue a lawsuit with this company. I would never recommend these scammers to anyone!! Its hard to believe they are an "5 star" company as I'm sure i'm not the only one who was lead on for months with no worked initiated or completed nor received any money paid to them back. I will post this review across other platforms as well to make people aware of Riz and Insta Logo Studio Scamming and unprofessional behavior
