First of all they will send you a reset link that does absolutely nothing. So you have to get on live chat with them. Most of the time they answer but they are times they just go AWOL. I mist have 10 chats a day - every single day. The quality is absolutely appalling. It's not even close to 5G so another fake advertisement. They will sell you a location and IP will not match the state and they will come up with an excuse how Verizon changed - this is your problem, not your customer. If I send a payment to the wrong address will you give your product to me?? Spare you nerves and avoid this bunch of cowboys
