GBPaid from the UK for foreign goods… Paid from the UK for foreign goods using IBAN. However, 4 days after the money was paid, it hasn't arrived in my howtopay account and support.at.howtopay.com have not responded to my email in 48 hours. Looks like a scam to me.

GBGreat service Have used them a few times before and never a problem. in this particular instance - Accidently paid money to them and less than 5min Sean phones me and retuned the money in less than 10min! Great service.

GBNot as bad as I'd originally thought Sent a cheque to the Howtopay London office in November 2020 and it got lost. Repeated the payment in December 2020 and it also got lost. Now one cheque going missing I would say was very unlucky but two going missing indicates to me that this organization is totally dysfunctional. Avoid them like the plague. Well it turns out that my second cheque was eventually cashed after about 3 weeks, so I take back what I said about this organization being dysfunctional. Also since then I've used my bank account to pay for goods directly avoiding the long postage delays and also had success with this method. Be warned however that UK banks now carrying out a verification check to help customers recognise bona fide accounts and unfortunately the How To Pay UK account number could not be verified - so it appears that your money may about to be going to get lost if you hit the proceed button. How To Pay UK need to get their account number recognised/verified by UK banks and give customers some confidence that they are legitimate. I've upgraded my original 1 star rating to 3 stars.
