realy riped me off realy riped me off! be carefull with this company i ordert singapore vps with 1 month paied 32.99 us (paypal) and suddenly got an us server with 6 days total use and it shows paied. (here the screen) mycity.pictures/ Screenshot-2018-09-04-10-46-PM.jpg not enough any ticket to ask them kindly to change that error runs in no answer and the support always write your mail is forwarded to sales. after i complain at paypal in resolution center i got the mail that i account is suspendet? non about the paied 32.99 us nothing.

Slow and unreliable server. Forget about customer support. Slow and unreliable server. Service gets worse day by day. Be it exabyte.com, .sg, .my etc. Customer support almost non existent now. It was a little better 3 years back. Now, Once you subscribe or renew to their hosting service, you are on your own. They'll help you once but its not fully resolved. You'll then be ignored despite after several emails sent. Comparatively, they are not that cheap either. Cheaper server companies provide better service than this.

Honestly talking about their services… Honestly talking about their services are at the best and I would like to give 100/100 rating for their customer support. If you want to take your business online like I did go with exabytes.
