Affordable price plan with good service team Been using their web hosting plan for the past 1 year, so far no problem with their hosting service. Been contacting their support from time to time, they have been very helpful to solve my problem in a timely manner. Good job!

Bunch of time wasting amateurs Bunch of time wasting amateurs. Don't bother with these inexperienced incompetent staff (KRESNADI). All I wanted is to ask my domain EPP code ( obviously they have access to WHMcS ) and their support system basically can't help you with anything. Force me to pay unreasonable amount for just for asking EPP code. This is my first company when I'm beginning to build my first website and I didn't know much about hosting company back then. But now, since I got my own instance on AWS and Google Cloud. I realize how terrible this company is. Holding your domain and ransoming it with price 30x times from the initial price. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! If you doubt me, check the other reviews below. I bet that they are fake or spam account.

Trouble free hosting Trouble free hosting. Been a client for 2 years. Support is OK. Unable to compare with others as this is my first with exabyte. Had initial issues with exabyte earlier where email to gmail always end up in spam. managed to address it by getting used to the issue.

EXABYTES Unreliable email service We are not able to receive any emails from outside our domain. It has been 48 hours and has caused a lot of damage to our business.

Good Client Service I have been using their linux basic vps until now (3 months now) and everything was pretty much good enough, the load speeds pretty average and the ui too, but after I screw up something their fast client service saved my butt within 15 minutes which is incredibly good to me. So I can recommend this as they saved me already more money thanks to this that the whole cost of the VPS for the entire year (It costed me like 60 bucks and i earn more than 100/Day from the webs hosted here) So if anyone needs good client service this is recommended by me :)
