Best in the market! Can’t begin to say good enough things about AccelerList! The best listing software on the market & awesome customer service!

Please read this before you sign up Hi everyone, I wanted to start this off by saying I am a life time member of accelerlist. In the days of doing books to amazon FBA they were great. Recently they have taken a down turn anytime you bring up an issue that is obliviously on their end they will spin it to being your issue. For example, today I had an Item I can list on seller central but not on accelerlist. Customer service rep was no help and blamed the situation on me even after providing proof of being ungated. This is one example to the countless issues I have experienced. Please do not make the same mistake I did and get yourself a decent listing software.

Literally worst customer service I have… Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent 8..yes 8!!! Hours getting circle jerked by they’re customer services who have literally ZERO idea what they are even doing. Horrible experience do not recommend.

Less wasted time listing, more features and lower price than the competitors. Accelerlist is an indispensable tool for our business that far surpasses any competitor in flexibility, speed of listing, and user friendliness. We’ve noticed continuous improvements implemented in real time based on feedback from real sellers. One example of this is the comprehensive accounting suite built into the most recent release, meaning actual usable data and better informed decisions. The development team at Accelerlist solves challenges efficiently and effectively. My first request for help occured on New Year’s 2017 while still in the trial phase, so I didn’t expect a response for another 48 hours and had resigned to missing valuable work time. Instead, the company founder, Travis, resolved the issue before the ball dropped and that new year was rung in alongside the chirp of a scanner! Killer Customer Service! These guys are the best! They are very personable, and pay attention to their customers so well. I consistently see Travis on their Facebook page, answering questions, and getting things done! They really care, which is rare to find. Every time i've had a question, they respond quickly, and genuinely want to help. I feel invested in Accelerlist & will recommend them every time!!!
