Inconsiderate support who respond via email after 24 hrs and no phone support. Its a SCAM in the name of a HOSTING company. Tru to thier name VULTR = Veltures for sure. These type of companies should not exist. Spending time after experiencing else dont have any business to badmouth anyone. Inconsiderate pointless outfit - some guys seems to be just be running it to show off that they have some Internet Cloud Computing company - no real substance or care exists. Don't please fall for $250 credit

Don't be mistaken by all the negative… Don't be mistaken by all the negative reviews on here. Vultr is a great service in regards to secure, low-level and straightforward hosting access.

Banned for "violation" before the service purchase XD I set up the basic account and couldn't even provide the billing details, while they already banned me for the "violation" of TOS, and I had not a single service used with them. That sounds extremely worrying if they can as easily kill and ruin a running production server for your business in a matter of minutes. Their responses feel like talking to AI.

Ignore the bad Reviews! I'm shocked to see how many poor reviews Vultr is receiving. Vultr is by far one of the best independent cloud infrastructure providers available on the market. I have NEVER had an issue with account credits, support, or anything else. This year alone they opened 8 data centers across the globe. Additionally, they are constantly adding new features to the platform. Lots of reviews on here have labeled Vultr as a scam but it is quite the opposite. I only wish they offered DDOS proteciton by default (without charging extra). I have been using them for almost two years and I have never had an issue.

Opened an account on January 1 2024 and… Opened an account on January 1 2024 and made $50 deposit. Had hoped to test the service for possible long term service. Tried to login yesterday and realized my account has been closed. No response yet from support
