Several issues were addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, the Italic shop is not what it used to be when they first started. Obviously, the service has declined in the past years and there is no support. Yesterday, I made an order but after checking out, I realized that my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation. There has been no response from the support team. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from them again. Update: After seeing all the tickets I submitted on their social media, Italic support reached out to me and helped me solve the issue. They were also kind enough to offer me a generous credit to my account as compensation.

I've worn the necklace I bought a lot over the last three years, yet it still looks brand new. On top of that, I regularly wear a number of Italic rings, all of which still have a lovely appearance. Overall, Italic is a reliable company. To anyone looking for upscale goods, I would without a doubt suggest their stuff.

So disappointed in style I really wanted to love this — I need a good jacket for shoulder season that will fit and look elegant and far more expensive than it is. This isn’t the jacket. The leather felt cheap and over-treated, the style was boxy but not fashionable. I returned it. I would love an improved design and better quality materials, I definitely have a need for a good leather jacket
