PHI made my first purchase from Italic… I made my first purchase from Italic few years ago, and I'm still impressed with how well their items keep up. I've worn the necklace I bought a lot over the last three years, yet it still looks brand new. On top of that, I regularly wear a number of Italic rings, all of which still have a lovely appearance. Overall, Italic is a reliable company. To anyone looking for upscale goods, I would without a doubt suggest their stuff.

GBSaw the website was having a sale so I… Saw the website was having a sale so I decided to trying out a few things. However, the clothes were cheaply made and sweaters were paper thin. With the price they’re selling, better buy at Uniqlo or Banana Republic for same or even better quality with better prices. I returned 3 out of 4 items and the return process was a hassle. There was no phone number for costumer service so I had to emailed them and had to wait several days to get a response. The back and forth process was super annoying and frustrating. The 1 item I kept was a final sale so could not return it. But after only Wa earring it one time, a hole already ripped on the shoulder. A waste of money. Do not buy from them.

GBRemedied return situation Updated 10/18/23: I received a response from Italic today via email. They apologized for the delay, refunded my original form of payment including the $8 return fee and gave a $25 credit to use at Italic. Thank you for remedying the situation. I purchased an item on 9/7/23 and returned it unused via UPS on 9/18/23. UPS tracking showed proof of delivery on 9/21/23. I have yet to receive my refund. I sent an email on 10/10/23 and got an automated reply. I sent another email 10/18/23 and got another automated reply. There is no phone # to contact customer service.
