Several issues were addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, the Italic shop is not what it used to be when they first started. Obviously, the service has declined in the past years and there is no support. Yesterday, I made an order but after checking out, I realized that my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation. There has been no response from the support team. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from them again. Update: After seeing all the tickets I submitted on their social media, Italic support reached out to me and helped me solve the issue. They were also kind enough to offer me a generous credit to my account as compensation.

Over time Over time, I've tried several sets of sheets and duvets from other brands. Although they cost more than twice as much as Italic's, I found that the quality is just as good. Compared to percale or regular cotton, eucalyptus is softer and retains a bit more warmth. I find this texture to be luxurious and I am happy with my purchase at Italic's prices. I just wish they came in a variety of colors, and I hope that Italic expands its color options in the future.

Overall, Italic is a reliable company. To anyone looking for upscale goods, I would without a doubt suggest their stuff.

With the price they’re selling, better buy at Uniqlo or Banana Republic for same or even better quality with better prices. I returned 3 out of 4 items and the return process was a hassle. There was no phone number for costumer service so I had to emailed them and had to wait several days to get a response. The back and forth process was super annoying and frustrating. The 1 item I kept was a final sale so could not return it. But after only Wa earring it one time, a hole already ripped on the shoulder. A waste of money. Do not buy from them.
