5 star I recently discovered Italic and I'm so happy I did! I've ordered several items from them, including skincare products and home goods, and I've been consistently impressed with the quality of everything. The shipping is always fast and the customer service is top-notch. While the prices aren't necessarily cheap, they're still a great value for the high-end quality you're getting.

Recommendation to my friends this week Love the Australian sateen set. I've been using it everyday for the past few wks and am in love with the fabric and look of this piece. It feels silky but still very breathable even on hot nights. I feel so luxe and even more thrilled by the price point- I've already recommended this duvet to ALL of my friends!

love the Shirt The polo shirt I got from them is slim-fitting, attractive, comfortable, and versatile. Unlike many polos, it doesn't have a preppy vibe, which I appreciate. I purchased all three colors and am delighted with my purchase. The only drawback is that the item was shipped from an overseas warehouse and had a slight chemical smell upon arrival. However, the odor dissipated after airing it out on my balcony.

Several issues were addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, the Italic shop is not what it used to be when they first started. Obviously, the service has declined in the past years and there is no support. Yesterday, I made an order but after checking out, I realized that my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation. There has been no response from the support team. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from them again. Update: After seeing all the tickets I submitted on their social media, Italic support reached out to me and helped me solve the issue. They were also kind enough to offer me a generous credit to my account as compensation.

Saw the website was having a sale so I… Saw the website was having a sale so I decided to trying out a few things. However, the clothes were cheaply made and sweaters were paper thin. With the price they’re selling, better buy at Uniqlo or Banana Republic for same or even better quality with better prices. I returned 3 out of 4 items and the return process was a hassle. There was no phone number for costumer service so I had to emailed them and had to wait several days to get a response. The back and forth process was super annoying and frustrating. The 1 item I kept was a final sale so could not return it. But after only Wa earring it one time, a hole already ripped on the shoulder. A waste of money. Do not buy from them.
