While I can't speak to that, it's because I didn't need to! It arrived super quickly. The quality of the bedding was exactly what I would hope for - well-made and soft. I can tell we'll have this for years. Bonus, the price was just right.

Italic knows its cashmere... If there is one thing Italic has gotten right it's its cashmere. Just look at reviews across the site for cashmere products. The oversized scarf is no exception. The quality is great and the price greater. I am yet to wash it, but this scarf has become my go to for this winter.

Cute, but very, very small These earrings are very cute and are priced well, but they are very, very small. I wanted to love them, but based on the photos, I thought that they were going to be a bit bigger. They would be perfect for a second piercing or for a child/teenager. I was looking for something a bit bigger so I am, unfortunately, returning them and am going to try the diamond bars or a pair of the diamond huggie hoops. If you are looking for a dainty, classic, diamond earring, this style is perfect. I was just looking for something larger.

Extremely Poor Quality Italic items are really poor quality. I’ve ordered a pair of sneakers (meant to resemble common projects) and a pair of sweatpants. Both showed awful signs of wear after one light use — the leather on the sneakers became discolored and the sweatpants pilled all over. They are clearly cheaply manufactured and are not comparable to the luxury brands Italic claims.

Remedied return situation Updated 10/18/23: I received a response from Italic today via email. They apologized for the delay, refunded my original form of payment including the $8 return fee and gave a $25 credit to use at Italic. Thank you for remedying the situation. I purchased an item on 9/7/23 and returned it unused via UPS on 9/18/23. UPS tracking showed proof of delivery on 9/21/23. I have yet to receive my refund. I sent an email on 10/10/23 and got an automated reply. I sent another email 10/18/23 and got another automated reply. There is no phone # to contact customer service.
