Obviously, the service has declined in the past years and there is no support. Yesterday, I made an order but after checking out, I realized that my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation. There has been no response from the support team. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from them again. Update: After seeing all the tickets I submitted on their social media, Italic support reached out to me and helped me solve the issue. They were also kind enough to offer me a generous credit to my account as compensation.
