The quality of the products and customer service was decent, nothing to write home about. The overall experience was not too bad, not too good either. I guess you could say it was just middle of the road. The website design was pretty average and nothing really stood out to me. The prices were fair, not too expensive, not too cheap. The selection of products was alright, nothing to get too excited about. Overall, it was just an OK experience, didn't blow me away but didn't disappoint either.

Disappointed Customer The Innotox was wrapped in a small torn piece of bubble wrap and shoved in a mailer. By the time it got to me the box was crushed. No packing slip, no ice pack, nothing. Very disappointed
