I purchased two pair of white cotton… I purchased two pair of white cotton long pants. Site says to order a larger size,I did. I ordered 3xl. I am an average size woman. The pants are too small and narrow to pull on. I should have read the perfect reviews here before I purchased. Will try for a refund but I’m not expecting a reply now.

Ordered a gift Ordered a gift. What was shown and what was received were 2 different things. Wasn't true to size and scratched. Filed PayPal complaint and they only wanted to give me half my,payment back. I refused accusing them of deliberately posting misleading pictures. Got my full payment back.

Total Scam Total Scam. Ordered early September 3 cat brushes. Haven’t received order. Contacted customer service and they say wait a week then another wait a week. Asked for a refund by the end of last week and they said we can give you 20% back. Then wait for the courier to deliver then refuse the package so it gets sent back to them then we will give you a refund. Invalid tracking number. Emailed customer service yesterday and yet again haven’t received a response.

This is so hard to zip up This is so hard to zip up. Every time I needed to zip/unzip it was taking me at least 5 minutes. I only wore it one night and a few hours in the zipper got completely stuck and won't zip at all anymore. Not a fun situation to be in at a concert so I would not trust the zipper on this AT ALL

Ordered the Nativity Advent Puzzle… Ordered the Nativity Advent Puzzle which did arrive on time however pieces were not in the correct box and there was a Day10 piece missing. I have sent many requests by email and on their website with absolutely no response. Going to ask my credit card company to fight this charge.
