Remarkably, I was actually able to talk to one of their managers pretty quickly on the phone and she did a good job taking the time to speak with me, however, the product truly is junk in terms of quality, so buyer beware.

Dont waste your time Not gonna lie. They suck. If they dont like the answers you give for their surveys you get kicked off the survey midway through and get no credit for the work you put in. Apparently just now my account was cancelled because "the quality of your answers were considered poor". Ummmm, you want my honesty but my answers dont line up with what you want to hear. Heheh ok. Amd any credit I had for the work I did put in previously is gone forever.
