Wrong item was sent out but mistake was corrected. The wrong item (perfume) was sent to me, but it was corrected quickly. The owner was very responsive and promptly sent out the right item. The return label was emailed out to me, but I had trouble returning the item. It took a couple of weeks for me to receive the correct item, but he sent out some extra samples for my inconvenience.

Terrible Customer Service! Fragrance dealz waited until right before Christmas to inform me that the perfume I ordered for my wife was out of stock. They did not give me enough time to purchase the perfume elsewhere. I am very disappointed!
