GBWrong item was sent out but mistake was corrected. The wrong item (perfume) was sent to me, but it was corrected quickly. The owner was very responsive and promptly sent out the right item. The return label was emailed out to me, but I had trouble returning the item. It took a couple of weeks for me to receive the correct item, but he sent out some extra samples for my inconvenience.
