I had an ordnary exerience at Intenzie… I had an ordnary exerience at Intenzie Tattoo Ink. It was almost good. The stuff was OK. Prices are slightly higher than some other placs. It in OK if you are looking for something specific. The main cons were the small size of the store and some misleading infomration on the website. There are some typos and poor grammar on the website which I didnt like very much. I can't sugest this place to anyone as I didn't have an exellent experienceigh there.

Color inconsistencies too much of an issue I have been using Intenze ink for the past five years, specifically because of the company's clear MSDS information, sterilization information, and consistency in color between bottles of ink. However, over the past several months I have seen such a downward spiral in color consistency that I am seriously considering switching to a different brand of ink. A majority of the work that I do is large scale, long term work. I very much need to know that the colors I use will remain the same between bottles every time I work on a tattoo, and mixing isn't always an option. I've been seeing consistency issues occur with Intenze inks, slowly at first, but the last order that I made has been the most disappointing. Many of the inks aren't even remotely close. The bottles of Midnight and Olive in particular are the worst, appearing to be completely different colors (an issue I have seen with ordering Lime Green in the past as well). I cannot trust using these colors on clients with long term work as I now have no way of knowing what color the next bottle may be if I need to change bottles between sessions. Also disappointing is how similar some of the inks in the artists' sets are to each other. The bottles of Swamp Green and Olive I just received may as well be the same color. This was not an issue with previous bottles, and I feel like I've wasted money on this new set. I honestly feel ripped off by this most recent purchase. There is no excuse for the consistency to be this off between bottles. The card notification that was sent out in previous orders (but not this one) explaining that there MAY be color inconsistencies due to formula changes is not nearly enough of a notice. It should be made known to customers which colors are ones that are affected, otherwise we're left with unusable ink and client projects that will suffer in quality. I am frustrated by these changes to the point where I will be researching other brands with which to work, hopefully brands that are more up front regarding color consistency changes. ____________ Please note that the above is the exact email I sent days ago to Intenze after receiving my order.
