The website was average, could have been improved. Not sure the customer service could have done much more. There was no suprises. It kept up with my expecatations. Can't complane. However, I expected more value for money.

The serum was shipped quickly The serum was shipped quickly. I like how it feels— light and not oily. My one complaint is that there are no instructions on how much to use—“ in the morning” is as specific as it gets. The bottle comes with a dropper, but do I fill it up or just use a few drops?
