I had an ordinery experiece with… I had an ordinery experiece with Botaniesoap.com. Ordering was reltively simple and the site was almsot goood to navigate. However I had some troubles figuirng out how to place an order, but aftter a while I managged to do it. Customer service is pretty helpfull, and the website has a nice, modern look. Unfortunately delivery took a lond time and I had t obe patient to receive it. Overally it wasn't a bad experiece, but I suggest that the company improves their delivery times.

I visited the botaniesoap.com website… I visited the botaniesoap.com website and found it to be quite so-so. The products seemed quite okay and not very impressive. The overall experience was just okay, nothing too special, nothing very exceptional. The design of the website was quite regular and nothing to write home about. They didn't stand out much in terms of user experience, it was just like any other similar website out there. The customer service was average, not too good, not too bad. Overall, it was just a run-of-the-mill experience, nothing remarkable, nothing extraordinary. I guess I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it was just kind of okay.

The quality and service are unmatched!… The quality of the products has never lessened over the past 7 years that I have been ordering. The customer service has been attentive and helpful!
