My ordinery exprience with BotanieSoap… My ordinery exprience with BotanieSoap was almost good. I bought some products from their store that I liked. Their selection was really varied, so I had some choices. Prices were resonable too so I didnt have to worry about budget. All had to there was to do was to choose what I wanted. The checkout process was smooth and their customer service was good. They even answered my qestions promptly. All and all, I had a mostly pleasant experiance with BotanieSoap.

However I had some troubles figuirng out how to place an order, but aftter a while I managged to do it. Customer service is pretty helpfull, and the website has a nice, modern look. Unfortunately delivery took a lond time and I had t obe patient to receive it. Overally it wasn't a bad experiece, but I suggest that the company improves their delivery times.

Fantastic soap I love the soap. It lathers great and doesn't leave a nasty ring in the tub. Smell is fantastic! Ordering is easy. Nice variety of scents. I would like to see the scrappy offered again where you could order 1 bag with your order and not a minimum of 4 bags as I would order more on my total order. Ordered a gallon of liquid this time so excited to try that. Shipping is a little high but, order always arrives fast and packaged well. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years and am very pleased with the soap and customer service that has always been provided by Botanie.
