Products should be packaged and wrapped for protection not simply placed in a bubble lined envelope.

The customer service wasn't too bad either, it couldve been better. The checkout process was pretty easy, theres a bit of room for improvement though. I can't recoomend this place, but its ok I guess. The pricing was ok, could be better.

It is unfortunate Iman products are not… It is unfortunate Iman products are not readily available in stores anymore because I love their cream to powder foundation. Many in the make-up industry are moving away from this type of product, so I'm glad I can still order it from Iman. I have been using the product for years and I have never had a problem with break-outs and any other skin condition. Continue doing the things you do; many of your loyal customers appreciate it.
