Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

Spanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

Worth the wait This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful. When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

Love my cactus leather watch straps! I bought a new strap for my watch made from cactus leather and I love it! I contacted the company as I was not sure what size strap I needed and they sent me really clear instructions how how to measure my watch strap. I now also have a Hurtig Lane square watch. Orders arrived quickly. Recommend :-) especially the cactus leather!

Love their bee jewellery! I’m obsessed with their Bee jewellery and they give donation of profits to a bee conservation charity. I ordered their jewel necklace and matching earrings, they came in a really nice gift pouch and box. I bought for me but I will be buying for a friend too as they make a really nice gift. I emailed them because I made a mistake on my address, they replied quickly and fixed it. So happy to find a successful vegan brand!
