Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. 100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.

Based in Spain the delivery times aren't as fast as Amazon but I think it is worth the wait and happy to support an ethical company! I will certainly purchase again in the future!
