Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

Unacceptable delivery timelines Yet to receive the watch strap ordered 15 days ago. Their website says that the delivery time for Rest of the World is 7-10 days, which is clearly not true. When I wrote to customer service, they said the typical time is 12-15 WORKING days, which is a far cry from what they have listed on their website. Since I haven't received my order yet, I can't comment on the product itself but the waiting time has been a complete letdown. Update: It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the strap. The Hurtig customer care team refunded the entire amount promptly when I wrote to them, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

High quality watches at good prices The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!
