Absolutely LOVE my new vegan leather watch strap!!! I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!

Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

Spanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

Bumpy Start But Great Finish I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.
