I really was happy with the watch I… I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.

Firstly, the customer service team was tracking my parcel, but completely ignored my emails when it did not arrive 14 days after the expected delivery date. After the experience I received, I find it very hard to believe that this company has "an ethical background and values". Sadly, they do not respect their own clients. I would not recommend Hurtig Lane to anyone who appreciates their own time, nerves and funds. I have received my money back thanks to my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Hurtig Lane made zero effort to sort the issue out. Since I have posted this review, Hurtig Lane has contacted me and sincerely tried to investigate and rectify the issue described above. As a genuine disclaimer I need to mention that I have received no financial or any other kind of benefits from Hurting Lane or 3rd parties in light of this addition to my previous review. I just truly believe that everyone can make a mistake and everyone has the right to a second chance. I need to say that a few years back I had a vegan leather watch strap from Hurtig Lane. The quality of the product was second to none, hence the desire to buy a new one.

Absolutely LOVE my new vegan leather watch strap!!! I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

Worth the wait This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful. When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!
