Unacceptable delivery timelines Yet to receive the watch strap ordered 15 days ago. Their website says that the delivery time for Rest of the World is 7-10 days, which is clearly not true. When I wrote to customer service, they said the typical time is 12-15 WORKING days, which is a far cry from what they have listed on their website. Since I haven't received my order yet, I can't comment on the product itself but the waiting time has been a complete letdown. Update: It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the strap. The Hurtig customer care team refunded the entire amount promptly when I wrote to them, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.

Bumpy Start But Great Finish I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.

have a go I will not use this company again. My order never arrived. Firstly, the customer service team was tracking my parcel, but completely ignored my emails when it did not arrive 14 days after the expected delivery date. After the experience I received, I find it very hard to believe that this company has "an ethical background and values". Sadly, they do not respect their own clients. I would not recommend Hurtig Lane to anyone who appreciates their own time, nerves and funds. I have received my money back thanks to my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Hurtig Lane made zero effort to sort the issue out. Since I have posted this review, Hurtig Lane has contacted me and sincerely tried to investigate and rectify the issue described above. As a genuine disclaimer I need to mention that I have received no financial or any other kind of benefits from Hurting Lane or 3rd parties in light of this addition to my previous review. I just truly believe that everyone can make a mistake and everyone has the right to a second chance. I need to say that a few years back I had a vegan leather watch strap from Hurtig Lane. The quality of the product was second to none, hence the desire to buy a new one.

Do not order from Hurtig Lane Vegan and ethically made watches, what's not to like? Well, that's the theory. The practice is some of the worst customer service I've experienced to date, and I would caution everyone against ordering from this shop. I ordered a watch in early March, the website stated delivery times to be 5–7 days. After two weeks of no news, no shipment notice, and no watch, I contacted the shop. At first I did not get a reply. After another attempt, they finally responded and told me that my order may have got lost. After several further emails, I was told the watch had been shipped (but if so, why was I not notified of its shipment?), but that the courier might have lost it. They offered to post the watch again with a different courier. When I agreed to this, I was told that the style I had ordered was sold out and I would have to wait at least another week. Why was this not mentioned before? Instead, I spent about 10 days emailing back and forth with their customer service without clear answers, and only further delays. Overall, my impression is that this site might be a scam, and that they might attempt to stall customers indefinitely. Their website has stated for over a month now that customers will get a discount "this weekend". This seems odd. So overall I recommend: do not order from them! The only aspect of this which was handled promptly was the refund. I wish I could be refunded for the time I wasted on this whole experience as well. Edit: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company multiple times with accusations of writing multiple negative reviews. I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place. Avoid!
