Love their bee jewellery! I’m obsessed with their Bee jewellery and they give donation of profits to a bee conservation charity. I ordered their jewel necklace and matching earrings, they came in a really nice gift pouch and box. I bought for me but I will be buying for a friend too as they make a really nice gift. I emailed them because I made a mistake on my address, they replied quickly and fixed it. So happy to find a successful vegan brand!

Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

Bumpy Start But Great Finish I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.

Spanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

I really was happy with the watch I… I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.
