So I gave a Five star review because of… So I gave a Five star review because of the way the company delivered my item and once the communication problem had been sorted it was delivered in the stated time on the website , if you are ordering from this company try not to panic as I believe the issues I was having like a few others was down to technology rather than the company it selves but true to their word they rectified this and I had my item within a week so fair play 👍 The watch I ordered was just the ticket and the gift pouch was first class so would highly recommend 👍⭐️

The team are friendly and I love that this company give back to local charities. Based in Spain the delivery times aren't as fast as Amazon but I think it is worth the wait and happy to support an ethical company! I will certainly purchase again in the future!

Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful
