GBhave a go I will not use this company again. My order never arrived. Firstly, the customer service team was tracking my parcel, but completely ignored my emails when it did not arrive 14 days after the expected delivery date. After the experience I received, I find it very hard to believe that this company has "an ethical background and values". Sadly, they do not respect their own clients. I would not recommend Hurtig Lane to anyone who appreciates their own time, nerves and funds. I have received my money back thanks to my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Hurtig Lane made zero effort to sort the issue out. Since I have posted this review, Hurtig Lane has contacted me and sincerely tried to investigate and rectify the issue described above. As a genuine disclaimer I need to mention that I have received no financial or any other kind of benefits from Hurting Lane or 3rd parties in light of this addition to my previous review. I just truly believe that everyone can make a mistake and everyone has the right to a second chance. I need to say that a few years back I had a vegan leather watch strap from Hurtig Lane. The quality of the product was second to none, hence the desire to buy a new one.

GBLove my cactus leather watch straps! I bought a new strap for my watch made from cactus leather and I love it! I contacted the company as I was not sure what size strap I needed and they sent me really clear instructions how how to measure my watch strap. I now also have a Hurtig Lane square watch. Orders arrived quickly. Recommend :-) especially the cactus leather!

GBDedicated company Initially, my experience didn't seem great. However, it turned out that there were reasonable explanations. Emails from the company in response to mine were going into my spam, leaving me to think I was being ignored when this was not the case. Mike reached out via phone when he realised I was not recieving his emails and explained the issues they had been facing with their courier. The company are doing what they can to get my order to me before Christmas, which I greatly appreciate. The customer service has been excellent and they seem genuinely disheartened with the reflection the problems they have faced these last weeks has had on their company.

ESSpanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.
