GBHopefully Hurtig Lane do better in future FIRST REVIEW: Purchased a watch and received order confirmation mid-November. Requested a status update two weeks later. Now mid-December still heard nothing from them - not even a status update. Reading these reviews, it seems I'm not the only one... I'm so disappointed. I used to have a Hurtig Lane watch and it was great – so great, I wanted to replace it when I broke the old one while trying to change the battery myself (entirely my bad). Seems they've gone downhill over the past few years... UPDATE: After posting my first review, Hurtig Lane reached out to address the problem. Their communication from this point onward was consistently prompt and professional. However, the first package they sent out contained the wrong watch (a different face than the one I ordered). When I pointed this out, they sent out a second package with the correct watch and some complementary straps. I'm glad to have received the watch I ordered because the quality of their products is great. It still sucks that it took almost two months to arrive and that I had to post a negative review to prompt them to communicate and deliver my order. I do like their products and the ethics behind the company, so I hope they get their act together soon.

GBHappy to support a vegan brand Happy to support a vegan brand! Ordered a cactus leather watch for my wife and a bee bracelet for my daughter. The team are friendly and I love that this company give back to local charities. Based in Spain the delivery times aren't as fast as Amazon but I think it is worth the wait and happy to support an ethical company! I will certainly purchase again in the future!

DEDo not order from Hurtig Lane Vegan and ethically made watches, what's not to like? Well, that's the theory. The practice is some of the worst customer service I've experienced to date, and I would caution everyone against ordering from this shop. I ordered a watch in early March, the website stated delivery times to be 5–7 days. After two weeks of no news, no shipment notice, and no watch, I contacted the shop. At first I did not get a reply. After another attempt, they finally responded and told me that my order may have got lost. After several further emails, I was told the watch had been shipped (but if so, why was I not notified of its shipment?), but that the courier might have lost it. They offered to post the watch again with a different courier. When I agreed to this, I was told that the style I had ordered was sold out and I would have to wait at least another week. Why was this not mentioned before? Instead, I spent about 10 days emailing back and forth with their customer service without clear answers, and only further delays. Overall, my impression is that this site might be a scam, and that they might attempt to stall customers indefinitely. Their website has stated for over a month now that customers will get a discount "this weekend". This seems odd. So overall I recommend: do not order from them! The only aspect of this which was handled promptly was the refund. I wish I could be refunded for the time I wasted on this whole experience as well. Edit: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company multiple times with accusations of writing multiple negative reviews. I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place. Avoid!

GBWorth the wait This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful. When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

GB100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.
