Order never shipped, no response from SkinRx Placed an order 3 weeks ago for the toner which was and is in stock. It has not shipped and I have not received the product. I’ve emailed them many times asking for an update and now I am asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I’ve received zero response from them.

I really really love these products I really really love these products. After applying for a few days, I could really feel and see a change in my facial texture glow. I use a 4 step routine from the peeing water, toner, serum and moisturizer and I’m glad I chose those. I would love to stick to this routine with the hope that these products will be available always. I will highly recommend skinrxlab products.

Nice The customer service was nice and replied promptly, but my taxes were calculated incorrectly and thus the delivery took a lot longer due to this issue.

And i didn't get wrong after i give birth i start to have an acne that i didnt have before. So i try different products to give my confidence back but it never happen so i try to go back in my original product which is korean product. Including the fact that is its to hard to find a korean store in europe and now when i been using for 3 days i see already the results my acne is started to heal and hope soon it will fade the spots.
