Leave a bad review and they will respond to you immediately - Customer Service Unresponsive UPDATE: I initially received a generic email response that didn't answer my questions. I then received an email asking me to update my review of The Perfume Shop USA. Since that email; I have received several emails asking me to update your review. So this is my update; I received poor customer service from beginning to end. I did however receive several emails asking me to update this to make them look better. At this point; I will not purchase from them again and I definitely don't believe their current ratings. I now see that they work harder to get bad ratings changed to good ratings than actually giving authentic responses to customer questions/concerns. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had an issue with one of the products that I ordered. I sent an email and I still haven't received a reply.
