Order #3358 (Feb 2021) I ordered 2 lipglosses from Dr Nima earlier this year. When I tried it, it didn’t work so I emailed Dr Nima’s customer support to ask if I could return the gloss that I had unopened, and had no response. So I messaged on Instagram and the customer service has been really terrible. Responses were minimal, slow and unhelpful. It says on the Dr Nima website that returns are possible as long as the gloss is unopened, you do need to email customer service to make a return though - but the customer service make returns impossible. They don’t respond. They’re the worst company I have ever purchased from. Not only does the gloss not work but their customer service is appalling. Please do not waste your money on this.

Dr Nima’s Revive Gloss, best lip enhancer on the market 💋 Just recently I purchased Dr Nima’s lip enhancer Revive Gloss (The Rose Edition) and I can’t praise it enough. First of all, it actually works really well!!! (and believe me, Ive tried few other lip enhancers and most of them are just a big waste of money ) It plumps up my lips with a little tingling sensation and makes them look absolutely lush with a nice gloss. I think it’s worth every penny and I will definitely purchase more. Oh! And it’s so elegant, beautifully packed and luxurious. I simply can’t wait for more products from Dr Nima! 💋💋💋

I love using the Revive lip enhancer to… I love using the Revive lip enhancer to add fullness to my lips! As someone who has used a few different lip plumping products, I can say this one really works to give you a beautiful natural plump effect. The rose scent is subtle and beautiful, and it glides on so smoothly. Highly recommend!

Doesn't work, and really does burn! I bought this because of the BOGOF offer in Jan 2021, and it honestly does absolutely nothing. As the other reviews state, it really burns which I assume is supposed to trigger some kind of swelling, but all it does is burn and make your lips and the immediate surrounding skin a very irritated red. It sits on the lips like a serum and you're instructed to not do anything for 10 minutes while it dries, but mine took SO much longer than that, and if you roll your lips even the slightest bit and this gets in your mouth, it chilli burns your tongue and throat. I even put a second application on when it had dried for a really fair trial and 2 coats did absolutely nothing but cause pain. I daren't even kiss my daughter until I washed it all away because of how irritating it is on the skin. Really wouldn't recommend.

I recently had an oridinary experience… I recently had an oridinary experience at drnimalondon.com. The company had average goods/services, and nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing that blew me away, but nothing wich was disapponting either. It was pritty tirval adding items to the basket, and even chacking out was not time consuming. The pice of the products was noithing spectaculiar, expected for the type of products this company is offereing. I didn't have any issuses ordering the goodsI needed. All in all, drnimalondon.com is adequate and pritty meeh.
