My ordinary experience using Aesthetics… My ordinary experience using Aesthetics Shop was middling. To be quite frank, nothing about the service was remarkable. I found the website easy enough to use but that was no more impressvie than the average. Likewise, the checkout process was smooth but far from extraordinary. Taking into measures both the product selection and customer service, Aesthetics Shop deserves an wishy-washy grade. Even though my experience there was uneventful, I would say that it was adequite.

Worst company I've ever seen in my… Worst company I've ever seen in my life. I made a purchase #with this company I paid 342 euros with a shipping fee and on the day of delivery the company transdel fast said I had to pay 264 more to the carrier. This has been a week and I didn't receive the product or the money back.

Scammers Not a good one. Only one response to emails I’ve sent. Website doesn’t offer a lot of info on shipping times and where from. No shipping updates as promised. I think this company is fraudulent. They don’t state that there products are shipped from Korea but they have an address of MO. Or how long you can expect your order to take to ship out. And customer service is lacking in professionalism. I would assume that’s the American based part of the business. The Koreans I’ve dealt with in the past have always been professional and about tracking numbers and emails on delays. I got an email back saying here’s your tracking number AGAIN who’s the scammers now. Very professional! Delivery date 7/5 from Korea. Nabota is suppose to be delivered chilled. Not sure how that’s going to happen it “said” it was shipped out on 6/23. Worst experience. Pls make sure when ordering any product like this that the website clarifies where it’s shipping from. I thought it was a local USA retailer. I think they just drop ship.
