Shoppin at mattelashes.com was an… Shoppin at mattelashes.com was an ordinarry experience. They had a decent selection of product but nothing out of the ordinary. Prices were avarage and the checkout process was adequete but could use a bit of a refresh. Customer service was middling, they responded in an acceptable amount of tyme, but didn't really go out of their way to help me. They were cordiall but didn't really make me feel special. Overall it was a median experience, nothing really bad, but nothing special either. Nothing that would make me hurry back.

highly recommend i was a bit skeptical about ordering because i saw the negative reviews on this website but i still decided to give it a try. my package arrived pretty quickly considering the whole pandemic that’s going on i only waited a week for it. this store is not a scam at all lol the products were great and i plan on buying from them again soon :)!!

I found it quite easy to navigate the apg and place my order. The only thing that could have been better was the product descriptioms. Thwy were a bit lacking somerimes. The qualuty of the items were quite good thouigh and overall I was not diasppointed.
