I have placed orders several times I have placed orders several times. Always a reason why order cant be shipped. This time it says you can not ship to address not billing address.Seriously I have all my packages shipped to my business location.I have never had a problem.You would think for security having a person sign for package is security for me and the company. Not worth the hassle to order there are many fragrance companys.
