Great Company, Great Products! Buying cosmetics can be a challenge, especially online as you can't be confident you have the correct shade until you receive it. I was already a huge fan of Ilia Beauty's tinted SPF serum and needed a concealer so decided to try theirs. Loved the product but it was just a tad too yellow for my complexion. Ilia has a return/exchange policy for "gently used" items so I completed the online request. To my amazement, I received a full refund AND I didn't have to return the product!! This is a $30 concealer we're talking about! What amazing customer service and a great way to spread the word about their company. I will DEFINITELY continue buying my cosmetics from Ilia Beauty!!

Recommended wrong shade and now I’m told tough luck! I was recommended a shade to purchase from ilia’s colour match service. I received an Email from ilia giving me my perfect shade! I purchased the shades suggested in their foundation and multi stick. Both shades are too orange for my complexion. I contacted ilia and I was told I was over the 60 day returns policy. In all the communications I had with ilia over email, I was never told to send the item back within 60 days if I wasn’t happy (they keep that bit quiet). I received my foundation and multi stick just over 2 months ago but I only just started using them in February. I have tried it for a few weeks but the colour is just awful for me. I think if ilia are going to offer a colour match service, then they need to either point out you MUST return the item within 60 days on the COLOUR MATCH EMAIL or TAKE RESPONSIBILITY when the customer contacts them. Unfortunately I cannot recommend ilia based solely on their customer service.
