I had an ordinarie experience with… I had an ordinarie experience with scemantica. It was almoust good. They did their job properly, but there were some issues. The service could be better and more helpful. I faced some problemms with their productts. They need to improove more. I wasn't verry impressed by them overall. I wish they would have more transparencie about their products and services. In my opionion, they could be better.

Thier website is easy to naviagte and the content was relevent and informative. The quailty of their product was somewhat satifying and they offer decent prices for what your getting. I was looking for a serviceable solution and that is what I received. Interactions with staff were ordinary and the results were satisfactory, but nothing special. My dealing with the company were meagre and uninspiring. I wouldn't call it bad, but at the same time not particularly good either. I wouldn't dare call it outstnding. I'd rate my experince as avergae - the equivelent of a 'C'.

I had a problem placing my order and they helped me doing it on the phone while offering me a discount code. The package arrived after 2 and half weeks and I am already 3 weeks using the laser. The results are slowly showing up. I will come back to update after few months of use.

I forgot to put in the discount code and they reimburse me after making the purchase and followed up with my tracking info and was consistent with keeping a good impression. once delivery was complete they emailed me to notify me which most companies never do.
