Some of the worst customer service I’ve… Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced . Shipped a completely different product than what I ordered . When I called to let them know and attempt to get a refund the lady on the phone could not have been more rude if she tried . I then received an email from the ship app asking me to rate my experience . I left a much deserved bad rating and explained that they shipped a completely different fragrance .. they replied to the review by telling me to shop somewhere else and said thank you for the bad review . That should tell you all you need to know about this company ..

Great Experience, Legit Business I hesitantly placed the order since the prices were too good to be true. It turns out that everything was great from the packaging to the communication. I'll be ordering back from them.

I stay with La Belle! I only get stuff here. I'm in Miami so I usually buy online with the pick up in store option. Best prices around without a doubt. They're always busy too so you know they don't carry old/stale products like some other discount stores.

I ordered cologne Sunday night 6/3/23 my order was shipped the very next day and I received my order today 6/7/23 I enjoy the fragrance. I like that Lebelle perfume is in an actual store so I know my fragrance is legit.

I recently shoppd from LaBelle Perfumes… I recently shoppd from LaBelle Perfumes and had an almost-good experince. I orded a few itmes and recieved them ontime. The qualty of the prdoucts was good as claimed. I sn't extremely happy with the customer servie but it was satisfactry. The only issue I faced was an erroe in the billing because of which they chargd me more than the MRP so I needed to contact them nd spend time getting it fixed. Overal, good experince but with some glitches.
