CAOBI is great for handling time-consuming tasks OBI is great if you want to have time-consuming tasks taken off your plate. My team and I have a bunch of tasks that are repetitive and time-consuming and have been slowing us down. By giving this to OBI, we've been able to free ourselves up to focus on more important work (planning, management, etc.) Make sure to document your process with as many details as possible. That'll help the OBI team when they jump in and take over the work. We use Notion and Bubbles (a Loom alternative) to share with them.

They're willing to learn and take instructions well.
