Very knowledgeable and accommodating employees helped me make a decision. I went with the Steelcase leap, the pickup in NJ was simple and easy. If I needed another chair, I would absolutely buy from them.

GBExellent service My chair arrived in perfect condition. I would have appreciated assembly instructions, but assembly was still easy and simple. Product was out of stock when we ordered and so took a bit longer than expected to ship a substitute. There was good and friendly communication when I reached out about it though, and it turned out there were extenuating circumstances, so I wouldn't expect any of these small difficulties to crop up once they're finished with their move.

GBOHR is great! David gives great customer service! David was really helpful with helping us select the right chair and standing desk. He was very thorough in teaching us exactly how to use and adjust the chair. He was also very helpful in walking us through the installation process once the tables arrived. I would definitely recommend OHR!
