Process was straightforward and hassle free and the chair was delivered in a timely fashion. Have already recommended OHR to a couple of people who might also be looking to purchase a high end working chair at a reasonable price.

Very responsive and helpful and wouldn’t leave me on the phone till he was sure my chair was right infront of my desk with me “safely” on it! GBExellent service My chair arrived in perfect condition. I would have appreciated assembly instructions, but assembly was still easy and simple. Product was out of stock when we ordered and so took a bit longer than expected to ship a substitute. There was good and friendly communication when I reached out about it though, and it turned out there were extenuating circumstances, so I wouldn't expect any of these small difficulties to crop up once they're finished with their move.
