Process was straightforward and hassle free and the chair was delivered in a timely fashion. Have already recommended OHR to a couple of people who might also be looking to purchase a high end working chair at a reasonable price.

Very responsive and helpful and wouldn’t leave me on the phone till he was sure my chair was right infront of my desk with me “safely” on it! Very knowledgeable and accommodating employees helped me make a decision. I went with the Steelcase leap, the pickup in NJ was simple and easy. If I needed another chair, I would absolutely buy from them.
