Very helpful customer service! I ordered a refurbished chair, which had a small broken piece. They agreed to ship the replacement free of charge and give directions on replacing it.

Fantastic experience. I went to the store and David was off on an expedition getting a fresh haircut, so I was well received by his father who displayed adept knowledge of the various ergonomic chairs available in the store. I settled on the HM Aeron chair. David returned (looking fantastic might I add with his new haircut) and provided further knowledge on the chair of my choice, David was also very kind to thrown in a few extra upgrades due to him not being initially around when I got there, which was much appreciated. Great store layout, a fun conversation with Mr. Esterlit Sr., a returning well-groomed Mr. Esterlit Jr, a cost-effective purchase, and an extremely comfortable new Aeron chair equaled a 10/10 experience at OHR home solutions.

Great Experience ordering a refurbished Steelcase Leap Was able to visit the showroom to figure out how which chair I wanted and learned more about their refurbishing process. The salesman was very helpful and I got my chair delivered within 2 weeks, with constant updates about the status of my order/delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

Process was straightforward and hassle free and the chair was delivered in a timely fashion.
