1/3 the price! Incredibly pleased to have a high-end, supportive chair for 1/3 the price. Got mine last week and already noticing a huge difference in my shoulder and back pain. While it was tricky to find a time when the showroom was open (recommend checking Google Maps in advance since I had to make a few attempts), it was very easy to try out several models, quickly purchase, and receive convenient delivery < 1 week later. I ended up getting a chair I didn’t even know I wanted after trying it in their show room and I’m very happy with my decision. Much better than blindly guessing with an online purchase. Great experience I had a great experience buying from OHR. Sampling the chairs in the store was extremely valuable - David helped me pick out the right chair for me and was extremely knowledgeable. I love my Steelcase Gesture chair (which looks / feels like it's brand new) and bought it for a fraction of the retail price.
