GBGreat Experience ordering a refurbished Steelcase Leap Was able to visit the showroom to figure out how which chair I wanted and learned more about their refurbishing process. The salesman was very helpful and I got my chair delivered within 2 weeks, with constant updates about the status of my order/delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

GBOffice chair was delivered quickly Office chair was delivered quickly, though it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to put it together or at least a link. I had an issue after assembling it and sent an email and was responded to quickly and was able to fix my problem.
