Great Customer Service! Fountain pens can be complicated things at times. FPR is always willing to answer questions and provide help. Ordering from their website is easy, shipping is quick, packaging is good. Payments have never been a problem. It's the personal touch by the owner that makes them stand out.

Seems good from a new to fountain pens person. What I ordered shipped quickly and well packaged. I should have used their actual website instead of the shop app as I might have noticed the starter pack options which would have saved me a second order but when they responded with additional information it was done quickly and helpfully.

The flex pen (Jaipur with Ultra flex nib) works as well and probably even a little better than my Waterman 52's and Mabie Todd Swann. That's saying a lot. Flex pens can be a hit or miss proposition. Kevin knows his product, has excellent customer service, and I would not think of buying one of these anywhere else after dealing with FPR. After sales support is outstanding. Buy a pen from FPR -- you will not be disappointed.
