The XL seat with tall cylinder is… The XL seat with tall cylinder is fantastic. Perfect height adjustment for my desk, comfortable, roomy, all the options with arm rest, very sturdy feeling, safe getting when 6'2" 285 leans back in it. Getting seat back attached was slightly difficult lining up bolts, side covers don't quite fit as nice as I'd want and the screw is to long. It's a tad hard on the seating and the lumbar pillow is no use behind the back but I would but another one in a heartbeat. Fantastic product.

I like the new handles ,except the… I like the new handles ,except the right side must be old stock because the left side is smooth all the way around the bottom where the right side bottom edges are very sharp like the one's that came on it, which were to me not quality built, I would like to have a replacement for the right side but I have already over spent over $600.00 dollars invested, I am a Disabled Vietnam Vet with very little income so if you can help it would be Great thank you have a Blessed day.

Great customer service! The tilt mechanism in my chair broke after a year, and when I contacted support Jimmy offered an explanation for a common fix I could do myself. My mechanism was too broken for this to work, so he immediately set me up for a replacement mechanism. The whole exchange only took a couple of days. My problem was resolved very quickly and easily, and I appreciated the gesture of offering instructions to self repair before I got my replacement. Thank you.

I've had a chair from Maxnomic for… I've had a chair from Maxnomic for about 6 years. It's looking a bit rough, but I draped a blanket over it and everything is good to go! Everything on it still works, and the couple times things have broken (much much use from work from home during quarantine) the replacement parts are affordable and easy to install. I've kept this bad boy going strong way past where I feel most people might've thrown it away, but my chair is gonna live forever!
