GBDisappointed! The order placement on line, confirmation, tracking and time were as promised. However, the checks are extremely difficult to detach without tearing! Several vendors have shown displeasure or refused to accept. This is even after creasing with my hand and my pen two or three times. Never had this problem with bank or other vendors. Quite disappointing!

GBAlexandria My city, state, and zipcode was left off checks. I never had this problem when ordering checks. How will Carousel correct this problem?

GBI ordered over the phone. I called to order over the phone as I had some questions since my bank was bought out by another. Customer service person was very efficient. Checks also came in the mail quickly.
