GBAwesome Customer Service Original shipment came quickly but apparently I put in the wrong account # when I ordered my checks online. Customer service was awesome! I only had to pay for a small shipping fee and I got the reprinted checks in about 4 days.

GBEasy and fun ! I found the whole experience easy and fun. The directions were simple to follow. Plenty of , NON confusing , prompts that lead me in the right direction. Easy to edit. I will use them again ! Two side notes # 1 - I spelled one word wrong and I guess they don't spell check . ( My fault ) # 2 - The picture should be pastel or faded as to allow easy reading of the checks. I thought they would check for that. Just a suggestion ! WHY NOT ADVERTISE YOU ON YOUR CHECKS INSTEAD OF YOUR BANK ! IT JUST MAKES SENSE !

GBI called as I needed assistance and the…operator was efficient and pleasant. I called as I needed assistance and the operator was very nice, helpful and I could understand her perfectly. Nice to see that a native English speaker answered the call. It can be frustrating when you call a company and the operator and I can't understand each other. Thank you for that.
